Account & Data Deletion Requests
We believe that your data belongs to you. This page explains how you can delete your Ask Bailey account, what information is removed, and how long the process takes.
Account creation method
Ask Bailey accounts are created with an email address and password only. We do not support third-party logins (Google, Facebook, Apple, etc.).
Delete your account directly in the app
The fastest way to remove your account is from inside the Ask Bailey mobile app.
Open the Ask Bailey app
Sign in using the email address and password associated with the account you want to remove.
Navigate to Settings
Tap on your avatar (or menu) → Settings. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm deletion
Tap Delete Account. You’ll be asked to confirm that you want to permanently delete your data. Once confirmed, the account is scheduled for deletion immediately.
What happens to your data
When you delete your account, we permanently remove the data that identifies you. The table below summarizes what is deleted and what we may need to retain.
Deleted immediately
- Account profile (name, email, subscription status)
- Dog profiles, training plans, and session history
- AI chat conversations and step notes
- Uploaded dog photos stored in our Supabase storage
- Achievements, badges, and progress tracking
Temporarily retained
- Billing receipts from Google Play (kept for up to 7 years to comply with tax & audit laws)
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics metrics (can’t be tied back to you personally)
- Support tickets you previously submitted (retained for customer service history)

If you no longer have access to the app or need assistance, contact us and we’ll complete the deletion manually.
Email us from your account address
Send a message to support@askbailey.app with the subject “Account Deletion Request.”
Include required details
Please share the email connected to your account, the reason for the request (optional), and confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent.
Verification & timeline
We may reply asking you to verify ownership of the account. Most manual deletion requests are processed within 3 business days.
After deletion
- You will be signed out of the app on all devices.
- Your premium subscription (if active) is canceled immediately. Google Play may keep a record of payments for compliance purposes.
- You can create a new Ask Bailey account at any time using the same email address.
